You are probably tired of hearing about our weather, but...
The Hoffmanns are coming to visit this week and I am getting scared to check the forecast! It snowed on my way over Teton Pass this morning and was generally wet and miserable in town. Nevertheless, the extended forecast does include some 70 degree weather, so I remain optimistic despite the fact that I am still wearing corduroy pants and a down vest nearly every day. Our heat is still on while our friends and family are suffering through 90+ degree temps! I am not sure which is worse!
Oh well, the town of Jackson is overflowing with tourists, so it must be summer, right? I am already feeling like a local as I impatiently wait for pedestrians at every possible intersection and snicker at their "cowboy" attire. Sunday will be our first trip into Yellowstone, and I am really hoping we see some fun wildlife. There have been several grizzly sightings already in Grand Teton Park. More to come soon!
